As an HVAC&R technician and the founder of BrilliantAir, I take immense pride in my work and remain dedicated to continuous self-improvement within my profession.
I often pursue further education and training through "AIRAH" and such entities, aiming to absorb a wealth of knowledge that I apply to my business and share with my colleagues.
My goal is to foster a collective that consistently achieves remarkable feats within our industry while adhering to the highest standards in Australia.

Award rates for apprentices often don't support people's cost of living. Paying someone according to the level of work they achieve, rather than what you can get away with legally - plays a vital role in their well-being and interest in their work - I aim to ensure that my team—regardless of its size—feels valued and secure through fair compensation, superannuation, and any additional benefits the business provides.

Interactivity and exposure are big parts of learning as an apprentice, not everyone picks up what a trades-person is doing on-site in the same way. In our often fast-paced line of work, it benefits everyone to sit down and run through what each person is experiencing and work on people's 'weaker' points to ensure each party is happy and confident in their understanding of the work they're involved in.

Fully licensed under the Australian Refrigeration Council. I take immense pride in my integrity - strictly following environmental practices to ensure I'm not contributing to our greenhouse emissions or ozone depletion.

Safety is crucial in our industry, whether we're working at height, or performing electrical work, proper training and understanding of your surroundings is paramount. I take pride in my WH&S and mental health support abilities and strive to provide the safest possible work environment, both on-site and off-site. Additionally, I am available outside of work hours for any support or conversations that may be needed.
